Shipping and Returns

Delivery :

Carriage will be charged based on the weight of the goods purchased and is detailed in the shopping basket when an order is made.

Our preferred couriers are Royal Mail Recorded delivery or Hermes couriers

We aim to deliver goods within 7 working days of order & full payment however if this is not possible we will notify the customer of the expected delivery date immediately

We will deliver the goods to the address provided by you when you placed your order or the address details specified in your account.

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your products safely and in accordance with any specific delivery instructions that you give us however we will not be liable for any delay, damage or loss as a result of complying with such specific instructions.

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event

Goods (and risks to them) will become your responsibility from the time we deliver the goods to the address you gave us (or otherwise in accordance with your delivery instructions).

Returns :

BritishCarpers.com are confident that you will be delighted with their purchase. In the unlikely event that this is not so for any reason simply return the purchase to us for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. If we have made a mistake we will also refund the delivery charges.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY – FREE Delivery will be done over a 2-5 working day and applies to all UK mainland orders over £30

All orders placed after 2.00 pm will be classed as the next working day.

Orders placed on a Friday will be processed the next working day, which will be a Monday (in the exception of a bank holiday in which case this will be a Tuesday)

All Orders placed over a weekend or a bank holiday will be processed and sent the next available working day. This includes all bank holiday Mondays, and Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years and Easter Weekend.

Once orders are shipped, and a tracking number sent, please note we cannot change or amend delivery or shipping address once shipped.

2nd Class Signed for (3-5 days) – £3
1St Class Signed for (2-3) = £4
Next day Special Delivery Signed for delivery – £8 (Note : This does not include Saturday)

Orders over £30 free of charge

1st Class Signed for (2-3 days) – Not Special Delivery

Non Mainland UK

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Non-Mainland

Delivery Info

All tracked orders will be provided with a unique tracking number allowing you to track your parcel, this will be provided once your order has been dispatched
A signature is required upon delivery, if no one is available a calling card will be left and the parcel taken to the local depot. The recipient of the parcel must then contact the depot as soon as possible to arrange re-delivery or collection.
